We are seeking a bridge crane operator to handle the movement of materials and goods within an industrial plant in Avilés. Responsibilities include handling various types of loads while adhering to safety protocols to ensure efficient and risk-free transfers. Coordination with logistics and production teams is also required to maintain a steady material flow, as well as assisting in auxiliary tasks that enhance daily operational efficiency. Maintaining high attention to detail and strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations is essential, ensuring a clean and orderly environment for all personnel. The person in this position will report to the plant manager and promptly communicate any incidents to relevant teams, thereby contributing to continuous improvement. It is mandatory to hold the official bridge crane operator and forklift operator licenses, along with a minimum of two years’ verifiable experience operating bridge cranes in an industrial setting. Familiarity with various load types and sector-specific safety protocols—particularly those applicable to the metallurgical or general industrial sector—will be considered a strong advantage.
