We seek a professional responsible for managing and coordinating comprehensive vessel operations in port, performing representation duties and guaranteeing an efficient port call system. This role will be based in the Southern region and entails a key role in the port environment, acting as a liaison among all port stakeholders (authorities, terminals, suppliers, customs, etc.), ensuring that operations proceed swiftly, safely, and efficiently according to Kaleido Group standards. REQUIREMENTS * Intermediate-level qualification in International Trade or equivalent. * Knowledge of customs documentation and International Trade (e.g., BL, CMR) is highly desirable. * Minimum one year of prior experience in vessel agency and/or ship agency activities. * Advanced level of English. * Full availability for working hours. * Negotiation skills. * Customer orientation. * Results orientation. * Flexibility. * Creativity.
