Summary: We are seeking a Training Manager for a training center in Granollers to support the management of training programs. Highlights: 1. Training program management 2. Student information and selection 3. Monitoring of training programs and students A training center in Granollers requires a Training Manager. Integral Plus is a program of the SOC (Servei d'Ocupació de Catalunya), and candidates must be unemployed. They must be registered at the SOC employment office as unemployed jobseekers (DONO – Demandants d'Ocupació No Ocupats). Three profiles are recognized: \- Long-term unemployed individuals aged 30 or older with university degrees. \- Unemployed individuals aged 45 or older. \- Unemployed individuals aged 30 or older without university degrees. The selected candidate will support the management of various training programs. 1\. Training program management. 2\. Student information and selection. 3\. Monitoring of training programs and students. 4\. Administrative management of training through official applications (Conforcat, GIA, QBID). * Minimum 2 years of experience. At least 2 years of experience in administrative management of training programs. * University Degree * Catalan (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Spanish (spoken advanced, written advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: • Training program management; Student information and selection; Monitoring of training programs and students. • Administrative management of training through official applications (Conforcat, GIA, QBID); Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet usage; Knowledge of Conforcat, GIA, and QBID applications; Familiarity with the Moodle platform. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours * Additional relevant information: Gross annual salary: 22\.000€
