We are seeking a person for the traffic department of a company in the logistics and transportation sector located in Riba-roja de Túria. Main responsibilities include preparing, issuing, and monitoring delivery notes and transportation documentation, as well as tracking and tracing orders to ensure timely deliveries according to agreed deadlines. The candidate will also handle customer service, resolving incidents, answering inquiries regarding shipment status, and addressing other requests. Coordination with delivery personnel and the transportation fleet will be essential to optimize routes and daily operations. The position involves performing administrative tasks specific to the department while maintaining smooth communication both internally and with customers and suppliers. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work under pressure during peak demand periods, as well as strong task-prioritization and effective time-management skills. The contract is temporary, with weekly rotating shifts (morning shift: 06:00–14:00; afternoon shift: 14:00–22:00; central shift: 09:00–17:00). Work is scheduled from Monday to Saturday one week, and the following week Monday is a day off. The attractive salary is €12.55 gross per hour. Minimum one year of prior experience in administrative roles within the logistics, transportation, or traffic management sector. Strong communication and customer-oriented skills, ability to resolve incidents, and capacity to manage stress during workload peaks.
