**We are looking for:** The role of **Spa Receptionist** is successfully performed when: * Providing personalized service to guests and supplying all necessary information regarding spa services, treatments, and activities. * Booking and organizing appointments and consultations received via telephone and email. * Promoting communication across all departments concerning matters that may affect guests or hotel operations in any way. * Ensuring adherence to energy and material conservation policies and recycling generated waste. **Typical responsibilities of the position include:** greeting guests and explaining available facilities and services. Assisting with responding to telephone communications and guest messages. Ensuring guests are guided to appropriate areas and services. Managing spa service reservations. Assisting with administrative tasks. Assist in answering all telephone communication. Ensure guests are directed to desired locations for treatment and connected with the appropriate service. Schedule reservations of Spa services for guests. Assist with administration duties.
