At Global Feed, we are a benchmark in the animal nutrition sector, dedicated to the development, production, and marketing of high-quality feed products for livestock. We belong to Grupo Térvalis and operate from our state-of-the-art production plant and facilities in Huelva, serving international markets. Currently, we are looking to immediately hire an Export Administrator to cover a temporary replacement position.
**What will be your mission?**
You will join our International Administration and Logistics Department, handling document management, shipment processing, and essential administrative support to ensure our exports reach their international destinations efficiently.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Coordinate exports in collaboration with Production, Dispatch, and Commercial Departments.
* Arrange freight contracts and organize export shipments according to production planning, maritime and land transport schedules.
* Perform end-to-end administrative management of orders—from receipt through customer delivery.
* Manage and monitor our own stock held in warehouses located in third countries.
* Resolve incidents (e.g., transportation issues, delivery deadlines, customs procedures, etc.).
* Issue export documentation (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list, or other documents as required).
**Working Hours**
Considering work-life balance, we offer two working-hour arrangements depending on the time of year:
* July and August (Intensive Schedule): Monday to Friday, 8:00–14:00\.
* September to June: Monday to Friday, 8:00–14:00 and 14:45–17:30\.

**Requirements:**

* Required Education: Bachelor’s or Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, International Trade, or a related field.
* Preferred Education: A Master’s degree in Intermodal Transport and Logistics or specialization in foreign trade is highly valued.
* Languages: As this is an export position, fluent English (both spoken and written) is mandatory. A second language is advantageous.
* Skills: Highly organized individual, solution-oriented, rigorous in document management, and able to collaborate effectively in dynamic team environments.
