For this project, we seek professionals to fill **ACCOUNTING TECHNICIAN** positions at well-established firms in the tax and accounting advisory sector. Location of positions: **Barcelona and metropolitan area.** **Responsibilities** Responsibilities may vary significantly across different clients: * Client service and reception of visitors. * Review of issued and received invoices. * Preparation of proforma invoices for client dispatch. * Electronic filing and registration of invoicing transactions: issued and received. * Monitoring of overdue payments and collection of unpaid amounts. * Full accounting cycle: identification and recording of transactions, journal entries, adjustments, trial balance, financial year-end closing, financial statements. * Daily accounting. * Tax settlements. * Bank reconciliation. * Accounting reports. * Completion of official procedures with government agencies. * Verification of expenses, sales, reconciliations, etc., typically performed using daily reports. * Comparative analysis of supplier budgets managed by the company. * Inventory management for control of business assets and liabilities. * Expense forecasting. * Financial statement projections. * Preparation of quarterly and annual tax returns. * VAT withholding. * Data entry. * Registration, enrollment, and timely payment of legal obligations. * Accounting entries, ranging from adjustments to reclassifications or provisions. * Control and organization of all accounting and administrative documents. REQUIREMENTS **Education** * Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. * Bachelor’s Degree in Law. * Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE). * Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance. * Specialized training in accounting. * Specialized training in taxation.
