If so, you’re in luck—we are currently looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – LOGISTICS DISPATCH for one of our companies located in Ejea de los Caballeros (Zaragoza). **Key responsibilities include:** Monitoring transportation operations, verifying vehicle units, weights, and loads assigned to each truck. Entering and managing orders and bills of materials in Axapta. Coordinating with the cutting room and dispatch departments to ensure correct order preparation. Managing products and quantities required according to customer needs. Monitoring frozen product shipments and coordinating movements among various warehouses. Handling orders, loading instructions, and documentation related to exports. Tracking inter-center and inter-warehouse goods transfers. Resolving and communicating potential issues related to orders, transportation, and dispatches. Complying with company-established safety and prevention regulations. **REQUIREMENTS:** Intermediate Vocational Training qualification in Administrative Management or equivalent. 1–2 years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of Axapta or other ERP systems is desirable.
