**What will your responsibilities be?**
As a member of the Administration Department, you will carry out varied administrative tasks, participating in the management and control of the Group of Companies.
Your duties will include:
* Generating, controlling, and verifying **invoices** issued to customers and suppliers.
* Managing **payments and collections**, ensuring transactions are carried out efficiently and within established deadlines.
* Performing **bank account reconciliations** to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
* Assisting in **treasury management**, helping plan and organize cash flow.
* Managing relationships with **suppliers**, maintaining thorough tracking of outstanding invoices and payments.
* Management of **rentals**.
* **Insurance contracting**, incident management, and claims reporting.
* Drafting and supervising **contracts** of various types.
* Handling **administrative procedures** with government agencies and other entities.
* Providing telephone and in-person support to **customers**.
* Managing and archiving **documentation**.
* Other duties related to daily administrative management.
**What do you need for this position?**
* A **University degree** in Business Administration and Management or equivalent qualifications.
* Proficiency in **Microsoft Office and other management software**, including ERPs; advanced Excel and Sage skills are especially valued.
* Minimum of **four years’ experience** in a similar responsible position, having performed diverse accounting and administrative tasks.
* A valid **driver’s license** is mandatory. Your workplace will be in central Zaragoza, but occasional travel may be required to some of the Group’s facilities in the Zaragoza metropolitan area.
