Main responsibilities include document management and archiving, telephone support, email correspondence tracking, as well as preparation, issuance, and control of invoices. The role also involves recording and monitoring receivables and payments, along with accounting tasks and bank reconciliation. Candidates must hold a Higher Technician Diploma in Administration and Finance or a University Degree in Business Administration and Management, plus three years of demonstrable experience. Advanced proficiency in office software and up-to-date database management tools is required. The position offers an indefinite-term contract with a three-hour workday during morning hours, to be agreed upon with the company. Remuneration will follow the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
