We are seeking an **Accounting Technician** to join the accounting\-tax department of our advisory firm in Tarragona. The selected candidate will be responsible for the daily accounting management of a client portfolio, ensuring accurate data entry, bank reconciliations, and preparation of the basis for subsequent tax settlements. **Main responsibilities** * Full management of the accounting cycle for SMEs and self\-employed individuals (journal entries, issued\/received invoices, bank accounts). * Bank reconciliation and treasury management using automation tools. * Mass digitalization and accounting of documents and invoices. * Support in preparing quarterly and annual financial closings. * Collaboration in drafting basic tax returns (VAT, withholding taxes, advance payments). Requirements: * **Proficiency in the Wolters Kluwer ecosystem (A3\):** Daily, fluent operational experience with **A3eco, A3doc, A3scan, and A3bank** (experience with *A3ren* as supplementary tool is a plus). * **Excel:** Proficiency in using spreadsheets for accounting data management, complex reconciliations, and import templates. * **Accounting:** Solid knowledge of the Spanish General Chart of Accounts (PGC).
