For this project, we are seeking professionals to fill **ACCOUNTING ADMINISTRATOR** positions at well-established companies in the tax and accounting advisory sector. Location of vacancies: **Barcelona and metropolitan area.** **Responsibilities** Responsibilities may vary significantly across different clients: * Supplier invoice entry. * Supplier account reconciliation. * Telephone or email support for supplier inquiries. * Issuance of customer invoices. * Recording of receipts and payments. * Bank reconciliation. * Fixed asset accounting. * Support in monthly financial closing. * Participation in monthly closings. * Participation in external audits. REQUIREMENTS **Education** * Qualification: Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in Administration and Finance or equivalent. * Languages: Native proficiency in Spanish and Catalan; English is a plus. * Software: Financial ERP system. * Experience: Minimum 2 years; experience in the construction sector or similar is valued. **We Offer** * Salary: €18\-20\.000 gross per year. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. * Additional benefits: * Attractive and growing project. * Excellent working environment. * Professional career development plan.
