We expect all new hires to exemplify these behaviors. **Your Role at Iberia:** The Maintenance Technician in our engine workshop is responsible for disassembling, assembling, and testing engines sent by our customers for repair. **Your Challenges:** * Ensure application and compliance with health and safety guidelines. * Ensure the quality of work performed. * Contribute to meeting the scheduled delivery date for each engine. * Continuously improve team and operational process performance through feedback, problem resolution, and idea generation, while driving root-cause corrective actions for behavioral and operational issues. **Your Qualifications:** You must hold one of the following Vocational Training qualifications: Higher Vocational Training Cycle: * Senior Technician in Automotive Engineering Intermediate Vocational Training Cycle: * Technician in Automotive Electromechanics Languages: * Intermediate English Other vocational training cycles and experience related to mechanics, as well as knowledge of aeronautical English, will be considered favorably.
