Promotion of a positive work environment and conflict resolution. We are looking for a person to supervise and manage a team of operators in the meat industry in Casarrubios del Monte. Responsibilities include assigning tasks, ensuring training on procedures and good practices, promoting a positive work environment, and resolving potential conflicts. Thorough control of production lines is required to guarantee their proper operation and to implement improvements that increase productivity. Additionally, correct and safe use of all machinery must be ensured, always complying with current safety and quality regulations. Prior experience in the food industry—especially in the meat sector—and the ability to coordinate teams will be valued. A Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification and a minimum of 3 years of experience are required. Flexibility in working hours, adaptability to different shifts, proactivity in identifying improvements, and incident resolution will also be valued. Team management experience. Experience in the food industry, preferably in the meat sector. Education: Medium-Level Vocational Training. Knowledge: meat industry, coordination ability, and team management skills. Experience: 3 years.
