We are not looking for someone who simply "turns out service". We seek a person capable of maintaining pace, order, and energy in the kitchen—even during high-intensity moments. ✨ RESPONSIBILITIES \- Directly support the Head Chef in daily operations \- Coordinate stations and mise en place \- Supervise service pace and timing \- Maintain organization and workflow in the kitchen \- Lead the team during service \- Ensure order, cleanliness, and operational standards \- Assist in onboarding and training new team members \- Monitor stock replenishment and provide daily operational support \- Substitute for the Head Chef when necessary \- Actively participate in service ✨ WHAT WE SEEK More than a rigid profile… we seek attitude and teamwork capability.
