




Job Summary: We are seeking operators for fresh seafood processing, ensuring quality and compliance with standards, with willingness to work in teams and maintain a clean working environment. Operators are required for handling and preparing seafood on the production line, specifically in Huelva. Core responsibilities will include processing fresh seafood while consistently ensuring quality and adherence to established standards. Prior experience in the food industry—especially in handling seafood products—is highly desirable. The contract is temporary, covering the intensive campaign expected between October and November, extending into December. Working hours will be full-time, Monday to Friday, including Saturdays during this peak activity period. A positive attitude toward work, ability to collaborate effectively in a team, and commitment to maintaining a clean and orderly workplace are essential. Manual dexterity and physical stamina are required to perform tasks efficiently. Primary education. Three years of experience handling seafood (mandatory). Immediate availability for employment. Specific knowledge as a seafood handler.
