All tasks must comply with the organization's standards regarding safety, quality, cost, and delivery time. Maintain Order, Organization, and Cleanliness (OOL) in the work area. **Areas of Responsibility** ---------------------------- **INTEGRATE SAFETY, PREVENTION, ENVIRONMENT, AND ENERGY** Integrate the Safety, Prevention, Environment, and Energy System into the entire production process in accordance with the Company’s Preventive, Environmental, and Energy Policy, establishing objectives and action plans to control risks and progressively improve working conditions. Main activities 1\.\-Inspect Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). 2\.\-Train new employees on safety procedures. Supervise, guide, and contribute to compliance with the Safety Manual procedures. 3\.\-Contribute to conducting Preventive Safety Observations (PSO). 4\.\-Execute, guide, and contribute to compliance with OOL (Organization, Order, and Cleanliness) procedures. 5\.\-Contribute to incident and accident investigations; report them to the supervisor. 6\.\-Report detected risk situations via Risk Correction Cards (RCC) or directly to the supervisor. 7\.\-Comply with safety regulations in an interdependent manner with personnel/subcontractors working in the area. 8\.\-Attend training sessions. 9\.\-Comply with standards from the Operational Manual (Standard Operating Procedure – SOP, Specific Safety Rules – SSR, Quality Standards, etc.). 10\.\-Ensure machine safety mechanisms function properly and are used by everyone (DECAP). 11\.\-Coordinate with subcontractors performing work in the area to ensure tasks are completed safely and in compliance with legislation. **CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT** Lead continuous improvement activities within the Mini-company to achieve targets set in the management plan and budget, according to the operational framework established for the Mini-company. Main activities 1\.\-Contribute to collecting data used to establish annual objectives for the Mini-company. 2\.\-Develop Suggestions for Improvement (SM) and Innovation. 3\.\-Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and suggest improvements. 4\.\-Execute and report improvement actions for standardization. 5\.\-Supervise and improve the condition of the workstation (conduct audits, propose improvements, etc.), suggesting improvement actions. 6\.\-Contribute to the analysis of acute or chronic problems using Continuous Improvement tools: SCRAS (Symptom\-Cause\-Remedy\-Action) and A3. 7\.\-Perform KAMISHIBAI when required, comparing actual performance against standards (SOP, PFA, etc.). 8\.\-Perform autonomous maintenance routines at the workstation. 9\.\-Monitor and continuously improve equipment showing atypical behavior. Main activities 1\.\-Assemble, disassemble, clean, and maintain Water Box Inserts and Connecting Bridges. 2\.\-Assemble and disassemble Guides for the ISEND defect detection coil. 3\.\-Disassemble, clean, and inspect Wear Parts of Entry/Exit Guides, remove those in poor condition, and monitor necessary stock levels in the workshop. 4\.\-Assemble water box clamps. 5\.\-Prepare and maintain Turndown rollers. 6\.\-Prepare and inspect Garrett Turndown Roller Triads. 7\.\-Monitor material stock levels and inform the Head of Large Tooling of any part shortages for management. 8\.\-Occasionally replace the 5R Guide Adjuster Operator, JP Guide Adjuster, Guide Officer, and Rolling Boxes Operator. **PERFORM MILL LINE TASKS** Main activities 1\.\-Assemble and disassemble Inserts, Water Boxes, and Connecting Bridges. 2\.\-Inspect, clean, and repair Insert Seats, Collectors, and Clamping Yokes. 3\.\-Assist Production Personnel during diameter changes in Roller Changes, Pinch Roll, Turndown, Water Boxes, Coiling Cone, etc., as directed by the Shift Leader. 4\.\-Periodically organize Pinch Roll, Turndown, and Bobbin Box guide panels, as well as spare Water Box panels on shelves (located in the mill area), removing, replacing, or repairing those in poor condition or out of tolerance. **Areas of Responsibility** ---------------------------- **Required Knowledge and Experience** ------------------------------------------ MIDDLE OR HIGHER VOCATIONAL TRAINING IN MECHANICAL FIELDS (AUTOMOTIVE, AEROSPACE, ELECTROMECHANICS, ETC.)
