We are looking for a **Production Supervisor** or **Team Leader** with experience in production lines and coordinating production team activities, ensuring achievement of quality, safety, and productivity objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise daily production operations. * Coordinate the team of operators. * Monitor production line performance. * Manage incidents and report to the plant manager or management. * Collaborate with maintenance and logistics departments. **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position. * Minimum education: vocational training (intermediate level). * Leadership and team management skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **We offer:** * Employment with a stable and growing company. * Opportunities for professional development.
