ROVI Pharma Industrial Services continuously seeks Production Operator / Packaging / Dispensing and Weighing profiles, among others, for its sites in Madrid city, Alcalá de Henares, San Sebastián de los Reyes, and the province of Granada. We are looking for various profiles with experience in the following functions. FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. · Carry out assigned production processes at any given time, ensuring compliance with regulations established by ROVI and adherence to GMP standards. · Perform manufacturing and/or product packaging activities according to current documentation and procedures, ensuring product quality, safety, and efficacy. · Operate equipment safely, correctly using safety devices. · Report any situation that may present a safety risk. Properly use required PPE and comply with dress code procedures. · Perform tasks safely, avoiding exposure to hazards for the individual or the activity being performed. · Carry out necessary operations to ensure organization and cleanliness of the facility. Maintain a clean and orderly work area. · Complete documentation related to performed activities at the time they are carried out, together with the provided identification, so that all activities conducted in the plant are properly documented. · Apply training received in GMP and GDoP, ensuring its application both in carrying out processes and in completing required documentation, for which the employee will be responsible. · Report any observed deviations in fulfilling duties and processes to supervisors and/or production coordinators. Record significant incidents that could potentially impact product quality. Promptly inform superiors of any incident requiring immediate investigation. Collaborate in investigations arising from incidents or complaints and in implementing proposed corrective actions. HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY • Know, comply with, and ensure compliance with internal regulations regarding prevention and environmental protection, and in all cases act according to instructions received from superiors and professional knowledge of the trade. • Use machines, protective equipment, devices, tools, hazardous substances, and equipment in accordance with their nature and established preventive measures.
