Job Summary: We are seeking a production operator for a packaging and packing line, responsible for managing raw materials, operating machinery, and ensuring the quality of the final product. You will be responsible for receiving and managing raw materials, ensuring that the entire production process is carried out efficiently and meets expected quality standards. Your work will involve handling and operating various production machines, adapting to different product types and formats according to requirements. You will also be responsible for taking samples and performing direct controls to ensure the final product complies with all specifications. Additionally, you will manage the handling and proper storage of auxiliary materials and finished products, maintaining strict order across all work areas. Prior experience in manufacturing plants—especially in the food sector—and proficiency in operating equipment such as electric pallet jacks or forklifts will be highly valued. We seek someone who learns quickly and pays close attention to detail, follows established procedures, and collaborates to maintain a safe and productive work environment. Initiative and a strong sense of responsibility in daily tasks are appreciated. Vocational Training at Medium or Higher Level. Valid food handler certificate. Minimum one year of experience in factory operations, preferably on food industry production lines. Experience operating electric pallet jacks and forklifts (experience will be valued).
