Stable employment with opportunities for training and promotion REFISA, an industrial company specializing in the manufacture of components for the railway sector, is recruiting a PRODUCTION OPERATOR. The selected candidate will join the manufacturing department and will be primarily responsible for: \- Mold preparation. \- Material application. \- Demolding and cutting of parts. * 3 years’ experience required. At least 3 years’ experience in production, assembly and/or handling of products (plastics, iron, aluminum, wood) is required. Experience using hand tools (drill, polisher, saws, wrenches, etc.) is MANDATORY. Knowledge and experience in blueprint interpretation are considered a plus. * Medium-level Vocational Training Certificate (FP de Grau Mig) * Spanish (intermediate spoken and written) * Competencies / knowledge: \- Organized individual with interest in quality work and continuous improvement. \- Experience using hand tools (drills, polishers, cutters, saws). \- Knowledge of blueprints, including reading and interpretation. \- Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts. * Permanent employment contract * Intensive working schedule * Gross monthly salary from '1500' to '1800' * Additional relevant information: This is a stable position with an intensive 8-hour daily schedule, either in the morning or afternoon shift, and offers opportunities for training and internal promotion.
