REFISA, an industrial company dedicated to the manufacturing of components for the railway sector, is seeking a PRODUCTION OPERATOR The selected candidate will join the production area and their main responsibilities will include: \- Mold preparation. \- Application of materials. \- Demolding and cutting of parts. * Experience: 3 years. At least 3 years of experience in production, assembly and/or handling of products (plastics, iron, aluminum, wood) is required. Experience using manual tools (grinders, polishers, saws, wrenches, etc.) is IMPERATIVE. Knowledge and experience in interpreting technical drawings is valued positively. * MEDIUM LEVEL VOCATIONAL TRAINING CERTIFICATE * Spanish (intermediate spoken, intermediate written) * Skills / knowledge: \- Organized individual with interest in quality work and continuous improvement. \- Experience using manual tools (grinders, polishers, cutters, and saws). \- Knowledge of technical drawings, including reading and interpretation. \- Availability to work rotating morning and afternoon shifts. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time intensive shift * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1500' to '1800' * Other relevant information: This is a stable position with an 8-hour daily intensive shift, either in the morning or afternoon, offering opportunities for training and internal promotion within the company.
