If you are motivated to join a solid, dynamic, and rapidly expanding company, this is your opportunity. **Job Mission** We seek a **Production Manager** to lead the injection plant, ensuring compliance with the production plan in terms of **delivery schedule, quality, cost, and safety**, while also driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency. You will report directly to Management and play a key role in the company’s industrial development. **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily production. * Ensure compliance with the manufacturing schedule. * Optimize cycle times, mold changeovers (SMED), and operational efficiency. * Analyze and improve KPIs: OEE, scrap rate, efficiency, downtime. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance with the technical department. * Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies (5S, Kaizen). * Lead, motivate, and develop teams of supervisors and operators (+20 people). * Ensure compliance with quality and industrial safety standards. * Monitor raw material consumption and reduce waste. * Participate in internal and external audits. **Candidate Profile: Education** * Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field. **Experience** * 10 years of production experience in plastic injection plants. * Proven experience leading large teams. * In-depth knowledge of injection molding processes. * Experience in machine start-ups and mold changes. **Technical Knowledge** * Injection parameters (temperature, pressure, timing). * Plastic resins (PP, PE, ABS, PET, etc.). * Operation of injection molding machines (Engel, Krauss, Haitian, Arburg or others). * Quality management systems. * Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement. * ERP (Odoo is a plus) and intermediate/advanced Excel skills. **Key Competencies** * Strong leadership and decision-making ability. * High results orientation. * Analytical and organizational capability. * Problem-solving skills. * Effective communication. * Ability to work under pressure in an industrial environment. **What We Offer?** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience and responsibilities. * A stable position in a rapidly growing company. * Direct involvement in the company’s industrial development. * Autonomy and real impact on business outcomes. * Genuine opportunities for professional development.
