Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible Production Line Coordinator to supervise and coordinate production efficiency and compliance at our logistics center. Key Responsibilities: 1. Efficient coordination of personnel and production tasks 2. Ensuring compliance with regulations and on-line quality standards 3. Opportunity to join a fast-growing company with an agricultural heart CrowdFarming is Europe’s leading online marketplace directly connecting farmers with consumers. We develop the technology and logistics required for consumers to access the largest catalog of organic and regenerative products—straight from those who grow them. Our mission is to build the world’s most sustainable food supply chain, ensuring farmers receive fair prices for their work and consumers enjoy fresh products that travel 75% less than those in supermarkets. Since our launch in 2017, we have grown to collaborate with over 300 farmers across Europe, bringing organic and regenerative farming closer to thousands of consumers. We are currently looking for a **Production Line Coordinator**, to be based at our logistics center in **Museros (Valencia).** * Review and balance staffing requirements to meet planning goals as efficiently as possible, avoiding personnel performing non-value-adding tasks. * Verify that all personnel on your line wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). * Ensure consumable products required for packaging are always available. * Request products and verify that support materials match the items to be packaged. * Prepare the line for production according to the schedule: assign operators to their respective positions, provide packaging instructions, and confirm the number of boxes to be produced. * Complete documentation: waste and spoilage logs, and line-specific personnel records. * Supervise line operators’ work (sorting, packaging, weighing, palletizing, etc.). * Ensure the line is clean and orderly at the end of each shift. * Organize project transitions: request products at least 10 minutes in advance; ensure new-format boxes, crumpled paper, and other consumables—such as gummed tape, waste bins, and spoilage baskets—are ready. **Your Technical Profile:** * Minimum **2 years’ experience** performing the above responsibilities in a logistics-sector company. * Experience in the **agri-food sector** is highly valued. * A **responsible** and proactive individual. * Basic food hygiene training and food handler certification are desirable. **What We Offer:** * A full-time **contract**: 40 hours per week. * Rotating shifts: either morning or afternoon. * The opportunity to join an agricultural-hearted, rapidly growing company.
