Initially, the contract will involve rotation across various positions on the production line to gain comprehensive understanding of the entire process. After this initial phase, specialized training will be provided to operate production line machinery, actively supervising production chains. We seek a self-motivated individual eager to learn and committed to their work, capable of adapting and collaborating effectively within an agile team. At least two years of prior production experience is required. Candidates must either own a vehicle or reside in Venta de Baños. Advanced academic qualifications are not required; instead, a clear vocation for production and a desire to grow within this industry are essential. Minimum 2 years of experience in line production. Own vehicle or residence in Venta de Baños. Availability for rotating shifts.
