We are looking for a person to operate molds in the plastic injection sector in Ripollet. Responsibilities include handling finished products and assisting with mold changes. The candidate must be proactive, have a positive disposition, and be able to adapt to production requirements. Main tasks include monitoring injection molding machines to ensure product quality and participating in mold preparation and changeovers—critical activities for production. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is valued, fostering a positive working environment. Primary education is required, along with basic knowledge of plastic injection. A temporary contract is offered until end of April, depending on production needs. The schedule will initially rotate for one or two weeks on a split shift (08:00–17:30), then transition to an afternoon shift (14:00–22:00). Pay is 15.87 euros gross per hour. A personal vehicle is required, and immediate availability is necessary. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar roles is required. Minimum 2 years’ prior experience in plastic injection and mold handling. Minimum education level: Primary education. Knowledge of plastic injection assistance. Immediate availability.
