We are actively seeking at least 3 operators with proven experience of at least 2 years in part inspection and quality control, with experience in the automotive sector being especially valued. **Your Main Mission:** You will be responsible for inspecting and controlling the quality of manufactured parts, ensuring compliance with the company’s highest standards. Your attention to detail will be essential to guarantee excellence in every product. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years as an operator in production environments, preferably in the metal or automotive sector. * **Inspection Skills:** Exceptional ability to detect imperfections and perform quality control on parts. * **Agility and Multitasking:** For 2 of the selected profiles, high agility, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain an efficient work pace on production lines consisting of 4 machines will be required. * **Problem Solving:** Ability to identify and effectively resolve incidents. * **Adaptability:** Flexibility to adapt to varying work paces and the incorporation of new tasks. * **Proactivity:** Willingness to learn and contribute to the team’s success. **Highly Valued:** * Experience in machinery adjustment. * Experience in performing reference changes on production lines. * Basic knowledge of machinery maintenance. Capacity to work autonomously and as part of a team. * **Job Conditions:** * **Contract:** Through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency), with potential for permanent placement. * **Shifts:** Initial assignment to a rotating shift from Monday to Friday. * **Additional Availability:** Possibility of working the 4th shift (Saturdays and Sundays, 12 hours per day, and Monday, 8 hours). * **Location:** San Cibrao das Viñas, Ourense.
