Job Summary: We are seeking personnel to assemble metal structures and components, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in collaboration with the team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assembly of structures, machinery, and metal components according to blueprints. 2. Ensuring quality standards and safety regulations. 3. Collaborating with the team for efficiency and incident communication. Personnel are required to work on assembling structures, machinery, or metal components in the Esquivias area. Main tasks will include assembling parts, structures, and mechanical or electrical elements following blueprints and instruction manuals in detail. It will be essential to ensure that all assemblies meet the most stringent quality standards and current safety regulations. Close collaboration with other production or maintenance team members will be required to achieve maximum process efficiency and optimal working hours. It will also be necessary to report any incidents, propose improvements, and update the supervisor on production progress. This position involves a temporary contract with a full-time schedule of 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday. The shift schedule will be rotating, alternating between morning and afternoon shifts, operating between 06:00 and 22:00 hours, always respecting legally mandated breaks. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role or industrial environment. * We seek a responsible, committed, and organized individual. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable. * Availability of personal vehicle. Vocational training in the trade.
