METAL SHEET BENDING OPERATOR

Job Summary: We are seeking a professional for preparing and configuring bending machines, interpreting technical drawings, CNC programming, and quality control in metal part manufacturing. Key Highlights: 1. Previous experience with bending machines (GASPARINI or DURMA) 2. Ability to interpret technical drawings and geometric tolerances 3. Quality control and preventive maintenance of machinery INDUSTRIAL VENTILATION EQUIPMENT Preparation and configuration of the bending machine (adjustment of tooling, punches and dies), interpretation of technical drawings and route sheets for part production, manual CNC programming or adjustment of existing programs, quality control using measuring instruments (calipers, goniometers, etc.) to ensure parts meet specified tolerances, basic preventive maintenance of metal forming machinery. * 2 years of experience. Minimum required experience: 2 years; Desired experience: 5 years. Prior experience with bending machines (preferably brands such as GASPARINI or DURMA). Ability to interpret technical drawings and geometric tolerances. Ability to work with various materials (primarily stainless steel and galvanized steel) of different thicknesses. * Catalan (spoken: Advanced, written: Intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: Advanced, written: Advanced) * Competencies / Knowledge: Preferred: familiarity with CNC Cybelec systems; experience with other metal forming machines (presses or shears); basic welding knowledge; knowledge of mechanical assembly; vocational or higher education degree in Mechanical Manufacturing or related fields. * Vehicle availability required * Permanent employment contract * Full-time working hours * Additional information of interest: Annual salary of 28013.00 EUR, paid in 14 installments
