This position offers the opportunity to join a forward-looking project that values continuous learning and professional development. Working hours will be morning-intensive, Monday through Friday, enabling a good balance between professional and personal life. Stability is guaranteed within a collaborative and positive work environment. Responsibilities include active participation in the production chain, ensuring food safety and quality of meat products such as sausages. Work will be conducted in a temperature-controlled environment, using necessary personal protective equipment. Proficiency in Spanish and good physical condition for working in cold environments are required. At least one year of prior experience in food handling or fresh product processing. Ability to learn quickly and a proactive attitude. Good physical condition and stamina to work in a dynamic environment at controlled temperatures (6–8°C). Spanish language comprehension. Residence near Casarrubios del Monte (approximately within 30\-40 km).
