Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile maintenance technician to perform general maintenance and repair tasks at camping facilities, especially bungalows and common areas. Key Responsibilities: 1. Versatile role in general maintenance of camping facilities 2. Daily incident repair (carpentry, plumbing, electricity, painting) 3. Support in conservation and adaptation of facilities Languages: Proficiency in Spanish at least at an intermediate level is required. Contract Type: Temporary employment contract for 3 months, with possibility of extension. Working Hours: Afternoon intensive shift, including Saturdays and Sundays. Mandatory Requirements: Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, basic electricity, painting, metalwork, and other maintenance tasks. Performing general maintenance tasks on camping facilities, primarily bungalows and common areas. Repairing daily incidents related to carpentry, plumbing, basic electricity, painting, metalwork, and other maintenance tasks. Assembling and replacing damaged components, inspecting accommodation conditions, supporting conservation and adaptation works of facilities, as well as any other tasks typical of a versatile maintenance technician. * 6 months of experience. Assembling and replacing damaged components, inspecting accommodation conditions, supporting conservation and adaptation works of facilities, as well as any other tasks typical of a versatile maintenance technician. * Spanish (Intermediate spoken, Intermediate written) * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Intensive working schedule * Additional relevant information: Prior experience in general maintenance and minor repairs is required. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electricity, carpentry, painting, and DIY is desirable. We seek a responsible, solution-oriented, autonomous, versatile individual capable of efficiently identifying and resolving incidents. Availability to work afternoon intensive shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays, is mandatory. A valid driver's license and personal vehicle are considered advantageous. Initial 3-month contract with potential continuation based on company needs and the performance of the hired individual.
