Summary: Temporary replacement staff to carry out maintenance tasks for facilities and vehicles, event setup, and material transportation, ensuring occupational health and safety. Highlights: 1. Temporary replacement staff with immediate start for a minimum period of 2 months to perform maintenance duties for the County Council’s facilities. - Carry out maintenance work on the County Council’s facilities and on the corporation’s vehicles. - Set up and dismantle events held in the corporation’s premises or those organized by the corporation in external premises. - Use manual and mechanical tools required to perform assigned tasks, and ensure their proper maintenance. - Transport necessary materials among the corporation’s different departments, among the municipalities of the county, or outside such premises, to ensure proper delivery of county- and/or municipal-level services. - Carry out improvements to county facilities to adapt them optimally and efficiently to their functions and needs, complying with occupational risk prevention regulations. - Drive vehicles transporting necessary materials and other specific machinery required to perform assigned tasks. - Monitor the proper condition of county facilities and/or municipal equipment: - Report any defects or incidents to supervisors and propose corrective actions. - Inform supervisors about the progress of assigned tasks and provide estimates regarding their completion dates. - Forecast materials required for internal and external assigned tasks to ensure their availability within scheduled deadlines, as well as their maintenance. - Apply operational and organizational measures established by the Corporation regarding the processing of personal data, comply with current data protection legislation, and uphold confidentiality obligations concerning such data, which remain in force even after termination of the employment/official relationship with the Corporation. - Ensure occupational health and safety at the workplace, using activity-related equipment appropriately, in accordance with established procedures and current occupational risk prevention regulations. - Any other similar duties assigned. * Competencies / Knowledge: Building maintenance * Driving license: B * Temporary employment contract (2 months) * Intensive working schedule * Gross monthly salary from '1400' to '1500' * Other relevant information: Monday to Friday, 8:00–15:30 (occasionally some afternoon shifts, but very sporadic and subject to agreement)
