The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper condition and functioning of the facilities by performing general maintenance and gardening tasks. Garden and outdoor area maintenance Cleaning and organization of common areas Painting and minor repairs Basic plumbing and electricity * 12 months of experience. Experience in maintenance, gardening, painting, and outdoor cleaning tasks. Knowledge of plumbing and electricity is desirable. * Spanish (spoken: basic, written: basic) * Competencies / knowledge: Responsibility (Level: HIGH), Teamwork (Level: HIGH) * Vehicle availability: , car * Driving license: B * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Full-time work schedule * Other relevant information: Personal vehicle required to commute to the workplace.
