Job Summary: We are seeking a Laundry and Gardening Worker for laundry services, general maintenance support, and exterior area care, with demonstrable experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Laundry service, cleaning of blankets and towels 2. General maintenance support: basic repairs 3. Exterior area care: gardens, terraces, irrigation systems Rubí Forma’s Inclusion Service requires a LAUNDRY AND GARDENING WORKER with working hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (1-hour break), and from Thursdays to Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (1-hour break), located in Sant Cugat. Special contract: "Offer linked to the Integral Plus Program, aimed at labor market integration of Rubí residents aged 30 years or older who have been unemployed for a long duration (12 months unemployed within the last 18 months), and unemployed individuals aged over 45 years". \-Laundry service (cleaning of blankets and towels) \-General maintenance team support: basic electrical, plumbing, door, window repairs, and humidity control \-Exterior area care: garden, terrace, pathway, and irrigation system maintenance Competencies / Knowledge: \-Demonstrable experience in similar positions \-Competencies and skills: \-Positive attitude \-Basic knowledge of Catalan \-Basic knowledge of Spanish * Indefinite-term employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1500' to '1666'
