




Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant to prepare, plate, and distribute meals, as well as clean and manage raw materials and waste. Key Responsibilities: 1. Food preparation and distribution according to dietary plans 2. Maintenance of hygiene and food safety 3. Management of raw materials and waste KITCHEN ASSISTANT (35 HOURS PER WEEK) Main Duties: * Preliminary food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting, and portioning). * Preparation of breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and dinners according to internal scheduling. * Plating and tray distribution in accordance with prescribed diets. * Cleaning and disinfection of utensils, equipment, and work surfaces. * Proper control and storage of raw materials. * Receiving and placing orders. * Basic waste management in compliance with health regulations. * Adherence to food safety protocols (HACCP). * Collaboration in maintaining kitchen order and cleanliness.
