**JOB DESCRIPTION**
We are Molins’ business unit specializing in concrete prefabricated solutions. From design through to assembly, we fully engage in all types of building and civil engineering projects, advising you based on our extensive industry experience. We play an essential role in constructing a better environment through our concrete prefabrication solutions.
We are seeking a **Team Leader of Prefabricated Products**, who—under the coordination of the General Supervisor and the Factory Manager—will lead and supervise the section, ensuring compliance with our Safety, Quality, and production schedule standards. The selected candidate will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and training their team; ensuring correct execution of tasks; managing required resources; and overseeing compliance with current regulations and internal procedures across all project phases.
**WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?**
* Manage and coordinate personnel within your section.
* Plan and schedule tasks according to delivery deadlines.
* Ensure compliance with established quality standards, as well as regulatory requirements related to safety, occupational health, and environmental protection.
* Maintain effective communication with other departments and factory management, reporting on production progress, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
* The supervisor plays a fundamental role in the operational and commercial success of the concrete prefabrication factory, leading and managing all production activities within their section to ensure efficiency, quality, and achievement of established objectives.

We are looking for a candidate meeting the following requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
* Specific formal education not required.
* Advanced level of Spanish.
* Responsibility, teamwork, punctuality, adaptability, effective communication, and operational autonomy.
