Job Summary: We are seeking a logistics team leader to oversee daily warehouse operations, optimize workflows, and enhance service delivery in a dynamic environment. Key Highlights: 1. Dynamic and growing industrial environment with state-of-the-art facilities We are looking for a candidate with experience in logistics and warehouse operations management to lead a team at modern facilities located in Seville. The role involves direct supervision of daily operations, ensuring all processes are executed correctly while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. It is essential to optimize workflows, manage any incidents, and continuously improve warehouse services—including spare parts management and goods receipt. Main responsibilities include detailed process control, productivity monitoring, and service quality assurance, leading a team of 20–25 people. Incident review, daily activity and time record supervision, error correction, and consistent operational compliance will also be required. Close coordination and support for spare parts and goods receipt teams are essential, as is seamless collaboration with other service departments. This position offers an indefinite-term contract. Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies and advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel will be highly valued. The role operates within a dynamic and growing industrial environment, fully on-site at state-of-the-art facilities. Work tools including a laptop and company phone will be provided. Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and warehousing. Proven experience leading operational teams. Training in Lean Manufacturing or related continuous improvement courses. SAP (Warehouse module) proficiency. Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis). Flexibility to adapt working hours according to client needs. Prior experience as an operator who progressed to shift supervisor, team leader, or logistics technician is advantageous.
