Growing industrial company with over 400 employees is seeking, for the first time, an HR Manager to lead and structure this area within the organization. Reporting directly to General Management and leading an existing initial team of 2 people that will grow, we are looking for a determined, committed, versatile professional who is willing to be on-site, speaking with staff and understanding their real needs. The vast majority of the workforce consists of production operators. **Main functions and responsibilities:** Lead the Human Resources department, currently composed of 2 people, with plans for expansion. Manage and supervise recruitment processes and labor relations. Oversee payroll processing, which is handled internally by the company. Monitor occupational health and safety in coordination with an external provider. Propose and implement mandatory and voluntary measures regarding equality plans, anti-harassment protocols, diversity and inclusion, among others. Ensure a positive work environment and identify potential areas for improvement through active listening and regular presence across different company areas. Establish HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, etc.) together with General Management, and develop corrective actions when necessary. Actively participate in the company’s growth strategy, helping to size and optimize human resources as the company evolves. And anything else you'd like to propose, as we are looking for someone highly proactive who wants to build a strategically important HR department.
