Job Summary: We are looking for a responsible and solution-oriented person to carry out various general maintenance tasks in facilities and stores. Key Highlights: 1. Stable contract 2. Good working environment An established company in Gran Canaria is seeking to hire a person to perform general maintenance tasks across its various facilities and stores, mainly located in the southern part of the island. We seek a responsible, solution-oriented, proactive individual with enthusiasm for learning and capable of performing diverse maintenance tasks. Main Responsibilities * Interior and exterior painting work. * Basic carpentry repairs. * Basic plumbing repairs. * Basic electrical work. * Furniture assembly and repair. * Installation of shelving, supports, and equipment. * General repair and maintenance of facilities. * Support in local improvements and refurbishment. Requirements * Prior experience in maintenance, renovations, construction, or similar roles. * Regular use of manual and electric tools. * Valid driving license (Class B). * Ability to work in an organized, autonomous, and team-oriented manner. * Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications * Residence in the southern area of Gran Canaria. * Knowledge of painting, carpentry, plumbing, electricity, or welding. * Experience in maintaining commercial facilities, hotels, or residential communities.
