Use of radio-frequency devices for agile logistics We need a person to work in El Prat de Llobregat performing loading and unloading tasks for export goods. Your main responsibilities will include handling cargo with forklifts, ensuring everything is in perfect condition and well-organized. Prior experience managing loading lists and identifying different types of goods—from pallets to small packages—is essential; you must be able to adapt loading methods according to each shipment’s requirements. You will also use radio-frequency devices to consult and manage information, helping operations run more efficiently. This position requires handling mixed cargo, meaning you will work with diverse products requiring special care during loading. You must be able to recognize customers, understand their requests, and determine whether goods are fragile or hazardous to load them correctly. It is essential to place cargo precisely, following the loading list instructions indicating where each item goes, its weight, and other critical details. We value independent and orderly work performance, delivering high output in a constantly changing environment. Proficiency in operating forklifts, stackers, and order pickers is fundamental. Availability for the afternoon shift, Monday to Friday, on a fixed schedule is required. At least one year of relevant experience is preferred. Forklift operator license, experience loading consolidated shipments, knowledge of loading lists and radio-frequency (PDA) devices.
