Saica Natur is looking for a service operator based in Aranda de Duero for its Burgos plant, with forklift operation experience. Main responsibilities include: * Receiving and unloading waste and materials. * Sorting and segregating waste according to established plant flows, containers, and standards. * Feeding processing lines: baling, compaction, or storage. * Tilting cages and containers. * Recording movements in internal systems (checklists, industrial terminals, or corporate apps). * Cleaning and organizing the work area. * Identifying and reporting operational, safety, or quality incidents to supervisors. * Assisting with truck loading and unloading. * Operating forklifts safely, ensuring load integrity and compliance with occupational health and safety regulations (PRL). * Using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for the position. Function Objective/Mission: Deliver plant services through execution of material loading and unloading tasks, as well as classification of material grades for feeding shredders and baling presses, aiming to maximize plant efficiency and minimize vehicle waiting times, optimizing cost through productivity and quality while adhering to safety standards set by management. Desired Requirements: Valid forklift operator certificate (in accordance with UNE 58451\ standard). Prior experience in warehousing, recycling, waste management, or logistics. Functional knowledge of waste segregation and valorization flows. Competence in manual handling of loads. Ability to work following procedures, checklists, and safety protocols. Availability to work rotating shifts. Own vehicle.
