




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced operator for the manufacturing, assembly, and repair of fiber components for vessels, participating in high-technical-value projects. We design and manufacture a wide variety of vessels, ranging from passenger-carrying catamarans and monohulls to specialized professional vessels such as fishing boats and military patrol boats—all built to the highest standards of quality, innovation, and safety. Currently, we seek to hire an experienced operator (preferably a First Officer) to join our team. The selected candidate will participate in the manufacturing, assembly, and repair of fiber components for vessels—including molds, structures, bulkheads, decks, and interiors—and play a key role in constructing high-technical-value projects. Join one of Southern Europe’s reference shipyards! **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **\- Personal means of transportation.** **\- Residence near the workplace (within 25 km).** **\- Valid and current work permit for Spain.** **RESPONSIBILITIES** \- Surface preparation (sanding, cleaning, repair, and leveling). \- Application of fillers, sealants, and paints. \- Operation of painting equipment (airless and compressor spray guns), as well as other manual and electric tools. \- Execution of fine finishing on interior and exterior surfaces. \- Quality verification, compliance with safety regulations, and occupational risk prevention (PRL). \- Maintenance and cleaning of the work area and tools. **REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:** \- Practical knowledge of surface preparation and paint/filler application on composites. \- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. \- Precision and attention to detail. \- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams, including cross-departmental cooperation with other technical departments at the shipyard. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** \- Experience in sectors such as marine, aerospace, or automotive. **WE OFFER:** \- Job stability. \- Opportunities for professional development. \- A positive working environment and a highly qualified team. **WORKING HOURS:** \- Monday to Thursday: 07:00–13:00 (with a 30-minute breakfast break), and 14:30–17:00. \- Friday: 06:45–14:00 (with a 15-minute breakfast break).
