Head Chef Requirements: * Proven experience in the kitchen (mandatory). * Proficiency in grilling (mandatory requirement). * Ability to organize and lead a team. * Speed, cleanliness, and time management in the kitchen. * Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays. Commis Chef Requirements: * Prior kitchen experience (valued but not mandatory). * Eagerness to learn and grow professionally. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Proactive attitude and responsibility. * Flexible availability.
