DESCRIPTION We are **Grupo Motor Pacífico**, **a group with over 25 years of experience in the automotive sector**, possessing in-depth regional expertise across all areas and locations where we operate. We are seeking a **Commercial Advisor** **with experience in selling new vehicles**, for the **Volkswagen brand in Alcoy, Alicante.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Expertly advise customers on the full range of vehicles, highlighting their features and benefits, as well as the various financing options available within the brand. * Ensure strict achievement of vehicle sales targets, adhering to the highest standards of work and quality defined by both the dealership and the automotive brand. * Efficiently manage all administrative procedures related to customer files, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted process. * Proactively manage and conduct thorough analysis of "leads" from potential customer inquiries received by the company, identifying business opportunities. * Actively contribute to establishing our dealership as an undisputed benchmark for customer satisfaction and experience within the Group brand's area of influence. **Job Requirements:** * Higher education: FPII and/or High School Diploma * Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years in sales within the B2C automotive sector. * Proficiency in digital tools and online sales platforms. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. * Basic knowledge of financing and administrative procedures. * Proactive, enthusiastic attitude with a clear customer service vocation. * Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a team-oriented environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * In-depth knowledge of the brand and its vehicles. * Prior experience working at automobile dealerships. * Experience with Volkswagen Group brands is highly valued. * Training in sales, marketing, or related fields. * Proficiency in additional languages. **Offered:** * Fixed salary \+ sales commissions * Career development plan and training * Standard business hours * Positive work environment and job stability. * Training program If you are a professional passionate about vehicle sales, possess a digital mindset, and seek to join a dynamic team within an established company, we encourage you to apply.
