We are reopening a spacious and welcoming venue specializing in the artisanal preparation of smoked meats and fish, with a focus on breakfasts, brunch, and high-quality products. We aim to welcome someone passionate about cooking, eager to be part of an approachable and creative project, and capable of collaborating effectively within a dynamic and family-like environment. Prior kitchen experience, interest in artisanal products, and a proactive attitude will be valued.
