We are reopening a spacious and welcoming venue dedicated to the artisanal preparation of smoked meats and fish, offering breakfast, brunch, and high-quality products. We aim to welcome someone with a passion for cooking, enthusiasm for joining an approachable and creative project, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and family-like environment. Experience in cooking, interest in artisanal products, and a proactive attitude will be valued.
