**Job Description:** At **Barropleno Handcrafted Ceramics**, we are seeking a workshop operator for our specialized workshop dedicated to the manual production of ceramic pieces. The selected candidate will participate in clay preparation, piece modeling, glazing, kiln monitoring, and final inspection of each product prior to classification. Responsibilities include proper handling of modeling tools, application of traditional techniques, monitoring of firing processes, organization of the workspace, and adherence to internal quality standards. Precision in finishing, ability to work with various types of clay, and willingness to learn new decorative techniques will be highly valued.
