Motivation to achieve commercial objectives. ### **Description** At Neumáticos Atlántico, a leading company in the automotive sector in the Canary Islands, we are looking to incorporate a B2B Sales Manager into our team to manage and expand our network of Autocentro customers in Tenerife. **What profile do we need?** We seek a dynamic individual with negotiation skills and a customer orientation, who enjoys fieldwork visiting clients and is motivated to achieve commercial objectives. **What responsibilities will this role entail?** * Visit current clients and new companies in the sector to acquire new customers. * Maintain and retain the current client portfolio. * Identify business opportunities and market needs. * Achieve assigned sales targets. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite-term contract. * Full-time schedule (40 hours per week). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00. * Opportunities for professional development within a leading company in the industry. * Commission based on target achievement.
