At Kendu Retail, a company specializing in visual communication solutions for the retail sector, we are looking to incorporate an assembly operator with electrical knowledge into our factory team. We seek a practical, solution-oriented, and proactive individual who works directly in the workshop and, due to their experience, can support coordination of work among other operators when necessary. Responsibilities: * Assembly and installation of visual communication structures and elements. * Installation and connection of basic electrical components. * Use of manual and electric tools for part assembly. * Verification of finishes and basic quality control prior to dispatch. * Occasional support in organizing and coordinating the assembly team’s work. Profile: * Previous experience as an assembly operator in an industrial or workshop environment. * Basic knowledge of electricity. * Dynamic, solution-oriented, and proactive individual. * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate tasks with other operators when required. * Profile oriented towards hands-on factory work. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in furniture assembly, industrial carpentry or metalwork. * Experience supporting workshop team organization.
