Workshop Receptionist – Renault Trucks **Job Description** We are seeking a **Workshop Receptionist** to join our team at a workshop specialized in **Renault Trucks** industrial vehicles. The selected candidate will serve as the first point of contact with our customers and play a key role in customer service, management, and follow-up of workshop needs. Main Responsibilities * In-person and telephone reception and assistance to customers. * Vehicle reception and creation of work orders. * Identification of customer needs and communication of relevant information to the workshop team. * Preparation and follow-up of quotations. * Coordination and scheduling of appointments and workshop tasks. * Monitoring repair status and informing customers accordingly. * Preparation and management of documentation related to work orders. * Vehicle handover and explanation of completed work. * Incident management and after-sales support. * Collaboration with the workshop and administrative teams to ensure high-quality service. Requirements * Prior experience in customer service, workshop reception, or similar roles. * Experience in the automotive or industrial vehicle sector is highly valued. * Strong communication skills and customer orientation. * Organizational ability and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Basic proficiency with computer tools. * Responsible, dynamic individual capable of working effectively in a team. * Knowledge of mechanics and workshop operations is considered a plus.
