Movento Sarsa, a dealership group for Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Seat, and Cupra, is seeking to incorporate an **After-sales Service Advisor** at its facilities in **Sant Cugat del Vallès**; #### **After-sales Service Advisor** You will be responsible for organizing workshop reception, providing initial diagnostics of vehicle faults, and scheduling vehicle receptions according to workshop capacity. You will also be responsible for the commercial management of the workshop section—including repairs and maintenance—as well as the sale of accessory products and services. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Ensure smooth and efficient after-sales service operations, maintaining order and cleanliness in daily operations. * Attend to customers throughout the entire process, delivering excellent service quality. * Manage vehicle delivery follow-up and final verification. * Coordinate with other after-sales departments to deliver outstanding integrated service, promoting the marketing of various after-sales products\-services. **What do we require from you?** * Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) in Automotive Engineering or equivalent. * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in similar roles within workshops or dealerships. * Excellent communication and management skills are essential. * Quality-oriented mindset. **What do we offer?** * Joining a solid and growing corporate group. * A stable project with opportunities for professional development. * Training plan. * Opportunity to access a flexible compensation package.
